Nicole holds a MA degree in Psychology from Rosemont College, and a BA in education from Clemson University. Nicole has worked primarily with children, adolescents, and their families for over 10 years in PA, CA and NJ. Ms. Bonny worked at Princeton House Behavioral Health for approximately 5 years in the Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient programs, and serviced hundreds of families in improving their communication and helping adolescents with significant mental health issues. After working with teens and their parents, Ms. Bonny was compelled to train in couple’s therapy, to gain more expertise in how to help partners communicate effectively with one another and gain an improved emotional connection with one another that transcends to their children, and loved ones and increases the overall functioning within their lives. Nicole is genuine, down to earth and creates a space in therapy where the individual can feel safe, cared for and heard through her compassionate energy. HypnoBirthing, June 19, 2013

HypnoBirthing is a Childbirth method that focuses on preparing parents for a gentle birth. While the national epidural rate is 71%, for HypnoBirthing mothers, the rate is 23%. In HypnoBirthing classes, families learn proven techniques in a well-thought-out program of deep relaxation, visualization and self-hypnosis. Samantha Moody & Sarah Lane of Natural Beginnings are both HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educators. Sarah and Samantha will be introducing HypnoBirthing and answering your questions about the method. Behavior, Attention & Development with Dr. Lane 2/20

"Strategies to help “organize” your child for optimal development." Dr. Lane will discuss the basics of nervous system function. She will provide you information on behavior and attention from a neurological perspective. Every person is a series of muscles, nerves and chemicals. At the FOCUS Center Dr. Lane provides Developmental Optometric consultations and vision therapy. At Natural Beginnings NJ Dr. Lane wears a different hat. She teaches HypnoBirthing® Childbirth education classes, yoga, and a class she created called, Meaningful Moves. The Meaningful Moves class is designed for babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months, and works with introducing families to movement and sensory activities that can help encourage optimal development.
