Next Meeting: November 19, 2008

Our next meeting is Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Join us as we discuss:
What Babies Want.
Babies are aware and able to respond. However, babies and children are not treated in our society as if they function on the same level as adults. Actually they are probably more aware than adults. Babies understand if they are wanted or not, they feel fear, rejection, and all this affects how their brains develop and their sense of self-esteem. We all have our own births to work through as well. If babies experience some problem or separation during the birth, they will tell you their story if you are open to it.

As always, we welcome all babies and mamas. We love to hear birth stories and help you find answers to your questions. Hope to see you at the next meeting!

October Meeting: 10/15/08

Join us as we'll be discussing Muscle/Bones/Breech: What you need to know! Does a Breech presentation automatically mean C-section? Our own, Dr. Kate Engelhardt will be sharing her expertise on Chiropractic care during pregnancy. She is certified in the Webster Technique, which can be used to relieve intrauterine constraint and help babies turn safely.

As always, there will be plenty of time to address whatever's on your mind! So, bring your belly, your baby and your questions to the meeting. All women and children are welcome and it's FREE!

The first BOLD Red Tent in New Jersey was a powerful and inspiring evening! Warmest thanks to Khalida, for the wonderful Bellydancing Session. (If you missed her at the Red Tent, you can still go to one of her classes in Lincroft--see Link below).

We would also like to thank Certified Orgasmic for the delicious spread! WOW! Thank you to Dean's, who also donated food.

Thanks to all our Silent Auction Sponsors!

And finally, thanks to all the mamas who participated. Your presence and stories are what the Red Tent is all about!
