September 21, 2011: Hula Hooping and Belly Dancing

Belly Dancing was traditionally used during pregnancy and birth to get baby in optimal position for birth, to stretch and strengthen your hips, back and pelvis. Eryka Andrex, a mother of three and professional Belly Dance Instructor/Performer will lead us in a mini-class.

We will also be Hula Hooping with special hoops. These larger, heavier hoops are much easier to keep up and a great workout for postpartum!
