HypnoBirthing is a Childbirth method that focuses on preparing parents for a gentle birth. While the national epidural rate is 71%, for HypnoBirthing mothers, the rate is 23%. In HypnoBirthing classes, families learn proven techniques in a well-thought-out program of deep relaxation, visualization and self-hypnosis. Samantha Moody & Sarah Lane of Natural Beginnings are both HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educators. Sarah and Samantha will be introducing HypnoBirthing and answering your questions about the method. Our meeting will open at 6:30. The presentation will begin at 7:15pm. If you have questions or anything else you'd like to discuss, please arrive before 7.
