Birth Collages! Your beliefs can deeply impact your experience of birth. If preparing for your first birth, addressing any fears or concerns can smooth the path to an easier labor. If you had a challenging birth, this is a great way to help heal any wounds so you don't bring unnecessary baggage into your next birth. A joyous birth also can be celebrated and remembered. We'll be doing collages--they don't require a high degree of artistic skill and can easily be paused if little ones need attention. We provide all needed materials. As always, our meetings are free and all women, babies and children are welcome. Hope to see you there!
